In my humble opinion, Jupiter's placement is good when looked at it on a standalone basis like sir mentioned in the video. You also need to look at where 10th lord is placed, who aspects 10th house and the nakshatra that Jupiter and Sun are placed to go into finer details. Sun and Jupiter are great friends as per the astrology principle. In Scorpio lagna, Jupiter is the 2nd lord and 5th lord and Sun is the 10th lord. From 10th house, Jupiter aspects its own mooltrikona sign --> Sagittarius in (2nd house) and Aries (Mars' sign) in 6th house.
