So cool.... My friends don't understand my fascination with robots at all, they consider them children toys. So I'm always happy when seeing YT videos with adults interacting with them :) The Nao looks like an incredible piece of engineering. I don't know much about it, I wonder whether the action where it tries to get up is programmed especially for this demo, or is it built in? Keep up the nice videos!
Hi Burgandy Goodwin, it came with software called Choregraphe, which has drag and drop modules that you can use for programming. The Nao will automatically get up if it falls over, but you can also code it to do specific movements. This webpage covers how to use the Say module: doc.aldebaran.com/1-14/software/choregraphe/choregraphe_first_steps.html
Hi, I've seen the price vary dramatically depending on if it is for education or business and if there's a deal on at the time. As far as I know the company making it is www.softbankrobotics.com/emea/en if you want to find out more
