I have Apt (2 beds) in Manchester- current rent around 2300 pounds per month and bought it in Nov/2020 in full cash paid.
I would like to make mortgage now to finance more buy-to-let purchasing coming. As I don't have any other income salary, so far i can't make successfully in applying mortgage. Is it possible to make mortgage now? Thanks for your kind advice.
