The Nintendo Tower Control Ladder turned into something crazy, here is the run from my team, Climb. Lio's mic had a bit of Echo in this tournament when people spoke loudly (mostly me) I tried to minimize it as much as possible.

The fact this was an official Nintendo tournament and they legitimately did best of one rule.
Match dodging is the equivalent of "If you dc you don't lose GSP." In Smash Bros.. It's literally the same thing.

The fact the team that dodged were one of the last 10 teams ranking wise says a lot

That last match looked so stressful it felt like I was playing an X 2400 match without playing, my heart rate increased just watching it
Even though the format sucked coordinated team gameplay is still my favorite content of yours to watch

I'm know these are just essentially tournament highlights, but these these plays always just get me hype af. I popped off when you won the last match the way you talk always makes me so excited.

Me and my Team only did Two of the Splatter Ladder Tournament Modes - we only did Rainmaker and Turf War.
I know we didn’t run into you, but someone from Bravous ESports recognized me.
The team that dodged you ended in 71st.
At that point they should've just made it a league rush imo, would've been more enjoyable that way and cut down on match dodging.

out of pure curiosity i checked the bracket for the 3/11/22 tournament and the first team i saw were the match dodgers. safe to say that if there's no punishment even after the fact, i'll probably never compete in an official nintendo tournament unless it's offline

I would say this is not a tournament format, that allows for matches to be dodgeable, but the matching system, that tournament was using. If you would not allow communication between teams and seeing enemy team info before team checks in plus making at least 2 simultaneous matches for teams, that would mitigate intentional match dodging.

You should use compression on your audio homie, will fix the peaking when you guys are yelling
is there a specific software youd recommend?
@@ProChara fl studio is super easy! You can download the free demo version. Or you can use any software or DAW with mixing capabilities. You can import the audio into there and use a compressor preset on the audio track to start. It will level out all the audio so everything is the same loudness without peaking and everything will be smooth. You can also eq Audio If you need to, but not necessary for what you’re doing. There are a ton of tutorials on UA-cam if you need help!

I could but I dont think itd help anyone as it mostly involved skype and squidboards, which no one uses anymore (for good reason)
