@@SPTalks21 means 31/12/2023 Tak employee ki Jo basic pay and Jo DA rate ho sirf wohi sanction kr skte hai.last year may 2023 me sanction ki thi sir.or employee ki esi month retirement bhi hai ab usne fresh case bna kr de diya hai
On Outdoor/Indoor prescription card (if you get treatment from govt hospital/dispensary) OR Medicine prescription Slip on letter head pad (if treatment taken from pvt doctor clinic) one day bed rest be got prescribed from your doctor. Seperate certificate is not necessary for one day only.
