      In our training cups from a musculoskeletal perspective. I’d recommend medical professionals for this 👍🏼

    Can it helps with plantar fasciitis?

    • @CoreElementsTraining
      @CoreElementsTraining  Рік тому

      Yes. Treat the calf region (gastrocnemius and soleus) for plantar fasciitis, along with the shin (Anterior Tibalis and wider muscles) and the bottom of the foot too 👍

    is it good for varicose vein?

    • @CoreElementsTraining
      @CoreElementsTraining  3 роки тому +5

      It’s not good to cup directly over varicose veins, but if you cup above the area that’s affected it can help to take a little pressure off the veins below.
      Hope this helps
      Dawn

    Can this be used for neuropathy and/or, circulation issues in the legs?

    • @CoreElementsTraining
      @CoreElementsTraining  Рік тому

      Yes it should help with circulation issues depending on how you’re effected by them and it can help with normalising sensation too from neuropathy.
      Use less cups and less suction to start and build up gradually to see how the body reacts.
