There is no Royal Prerogative in relation to who succeeds the reigning monarch. Succession to the crown is set out in various acts the most recent being Succession to the Crown Act 2013. This act set out that the eldest child of the reigning monarch, regardless of gender, WILL succeed the crown on the reigning monarchs death. In relation to Royal Prerogative & the monarchy itself, this extends to letters patient regarding the granting of titles within the family, not succession. This, although a very basic thing, seriously discredits the video.

Can a Colony or Country of the Commonwealth lawfully remove the Crown and/or "Her Majesty" from their statutes?

      Doug Austin why is that?
Is this your honest opinion or are you jumping on some bandwagon? Maybe you prefer the path that the USA took when removing themselves from the British empire and how much better their way is, sure, maybe it can make some sense on paper ... four year terms as head of state, maximum of two terms ... this will surely stop any tyrant converting the top job for a long long time ... let's not forget that Queen Elizabeth has given the better part of her life to her duties. Not a week ... not a month .. not a year .... since she was 25 years old. Sure, they are rich though! That makes her a target .... yes, ok they have wealth. Now tell me when she could be accused of flaunting her wealth? Her Majesty lives in palaces, yes, but these are not hers. She's not constantly jetting off overseas on holidays, she doesn't collect sporty little cars, there's no desire to mirror the latest fashion trends and fashion brands, Ipfrom all accounts her diet is pretty normal and not a constant change from one ridiculous fad to another..... but no, you're probably right. America have the right idea. You see, in the U.K., QE has spent a lifetime not putting a foot wrong, offering stability and familiarity. Yes, she is a little aloof with respect the full gamut of human emotion - an obvious side effect of her position in life. She does have a family that often act .... errrr, well human! All the while, idiots chanting 'how much money am I paying in taxes to keep this family in the life of luxury?' Assuming a large chunk goes to the royal family. Well, the annual amount of money uk subjects fork out for the royal family is .... £1. That's right, a whole pound! Yes, that does mean if you are a family of five people, your family's total contribution is £5. But really, life of luxury? Maybe from a housing commission tenants perspective, of course the grass is ALWAYS greener, but the royal family are in a guilder cage. Wealthy, but can't flaunt it (not like an American president) ....

No offence, but you're going to make more money if you upload the entire lecture to UA-cam. The quality of these videos aren't good enough to be charging anything for them.
