    Property agents are now using the social media to entice buyers to buy new condo launches. The property agents could get attractive commissions from the developers. Nowonder, many property agents are millionaires.

    If no body buy BTO flat, HDB can stop losing money. Now, there a lot of less buyers and foreigners are staying away, local and new citizens might lack moneys and jobs opportunities coming. Most waiting for CDC vouchers and rebates. Very troubled mind.

    Being eligible for BTO and not taking it because hiam long waiting time, low floor or poor location etc must be the dumbest thing ever.
    If even ah sia kias earning under 14k are going for them it says something.

    Unless one can owned TWO FULLY PAID properties, buying any property in SG is simply staying in a depreciative assets. Don't get fooled by the dead money that is hype up valuation

      @alanweeproperty I don't mean 99 year lease cannot make money. What i see is that as long one only have one property to stay, even he sells, he still need another place to stay. Sell high, ended buy higher. Unless one is so accurate to time for a bear market for property in SG (which often SG property don't seems going down seen by many), what's the point of discussing property appreciation (which is essentially dead trap value, where one still need to stay, and how many times a person can really upgrade BTO?) Right?

      @@violinbite oic....still got logic even own 1 property. Let say u sell hdb at high prices. U upgrade to condo at higher prices. But condo quantum is bigger. So every increase by xx% is proportional to its value.
