Damn this song is tremendous. When Blu starts to sing "there goes the house we made a home" really switches the song entirely from a revenge anthem to something a bit deeper. If you can drown out the beat and listen to the lyrics, this track becomes quite sad of a song. Hard to pinpoint when i should play it as a music consumer. On the surface, youd assume it'd be played when yr feeling yrself and liberated but tbh, itd prob work just as well when youre feeling sad and r sulking.
That's weird, I was just noticing the exact same thing while listening, even tho I've heard the song hundreds of times before. "There goes 'you'll never leave me alone'." That's heartbreaking. This is definitely a grown woman breakup song, not something I ever understood as a teen back in 2001.

Some people are really good at hiding their true selves. Being able to smell bullshit tends to be a skill gained with experience. I myself have been on both sides, cheater and cheated. But now, I'm older, wiser, have responsibilities and actually love my wife. She's not a piece of shit and isn't the kind of woman I described in my other post. We both value honesty and have good interaction with each other.
Too many women these days suffer from Disney Princess Syndrome. They think way more of themselves than they are. They get cheated on then wonder why. Then become hateful cunts after the fact completing this viscous cycle. Just be good to each other and be grounded in reality. Not that hard to do.
