Have you ever reacted to any Coheed and cambria? Their drummer plays in a really unique way. He's a lefty on a right handed kit, ride to the left of the rack Tom tilted TOWARDS the front of the stage, open handed on the hi hats and leads rolls w left hand. Incredible drummer and amazing band.
I remember this guy from UA-cam like 10 years ago and his videos of taking lessons from Aaron Gillespie of Underoath! Aaron is also another great freaking drummer who sings in the band at the same time!

Rig rundown on UA-cam. He’s a soft spoken guy. If I’m not mistaking he said another guy in the band records all the drum parts. Evidently there is another drummer in the band the singer I believe . Don’t know much about this band but Conner is great

Did you notice at 3:28 the singer choking the ride. He records all instruments for their songs himself so he knows the timing and I just love it.
