There is another charge called driving white intoxicated or under the influence one of them I forget but it let's them arrest you at any bac if you are acting drunk or swerving
@@Aztesticals that would just be reckless driving, you can get an OWI at any BAC if you’re underage tho and if you’re driving a vehicle that requires CDL it’s like .04 or some shit (idk if you’d actually get an owi between .04-.08, but I’m pretty sure you’d at least be at risk of losing your certification)

I'm a male, 5'8 180 pounds. I do drink normal white claws often. It usually takes me about 5 to feel buzzed, 7-9 to be drunk, and I can do a case of 12 but usually black out.

umm 15 minutes is not nearly enough for each drink to be absorbed into the bloodstream. you would probably be closer to >0.16 about 30 minutes after your last drink.

I'm a man at 5'8 and 180, so bigger than her id guess. I do drink often. It takes me about 5 to feel buzzed, 8iah to feel drunk, and I csn do all 12 but I do black out. Normally, this is at a 30 -45 pace per can. Obviously, the more drunk you get. The quicker you drink them lol
