Hi Stefanie, I have had similar issues. I wanted to say are you seeing an endometriosis specialist? If not, it's really important you do.. someone who specialises in excision surgery not ablation. They should be able to deal with fibroids also. An ultrasound scan can't always see endometriosis properly. An MRI scan is better for that. Us women have to deal with a lot with our hormones etc. You are right.. diet is so important and lowering stress levels. I recommend a book called Healing Endometriosis Naturally by Wendy K Laidlaw and Heal Endo.. author I can't remember. Oh and Lara Briden's book.. the Period Repair manual. Sending love and wellness 💛

I also focused on my diet and gut health after my endo op and it helped massively!! It’s now been 3 years since my op and other than the typical pains here and there I feel the best I’ve felt in years. Thank you for this Stef, you really helped me through my diagnoses years ago and are still helping now. The bit about whipping off the hair got me 😂

It was on the news tonight about a clinical trial which might bring about the first treatment in 40 years!

Thank you for bringing awareness. Currently going through the pain and GP just refers painkillers. But I know I have it because the pain is just abnormal, I know my body. I have a few of the symptoms incl the same painful sex.

After removing the coil were you ok to exercise and lift or did you have to wait as it being so painful? ❤ love this video and it brought alot of relief to me as i have he exact same journey right now and yes i am scared to remove the coil just because my strings are lost and need to remove these fibroids i have.

So sorry you've been suffering this. I've never been able to work outside of my home due to endo. Your story is so similar to my own- same symptoms, sensations, bowel involvement, etc.. I walked away from conventional medicine after no real resolution to ongoing pain for over a decade...and switched to Functional Medicine. A totally different world with REAL healing. I wish I switched over a decade ago. Hard truth, but the conventional drs are quite literally clueless on how to help (not their fault, it's the medical model they are taught by the medical associations)- they only know how to throw pills and surgery at you- neither of which solve the root cause issue of why we have endo in the first place. Truly deeply urge you to explore Functional Medicine and get away from conventional doctors with their Invasive, weak, non-solutions that just make them money, keep you on the hampster wheel, and stuck in pain. You can feel like a normal woman again, it's just extremely unlikely to come from the circle of medicine you're in.I learned that birth control 100% causes more probelms and harm ( all types of BC). Not having a period is NOT natural and can cause long-term fertility problems. Hope you find your healing. Wishing you the best , girl. 🤍

Stef, an ultrasound can’t properly detect Endo lesions. Please dont accept that doctors advice. You need to keep digging 🙏

Thank you, yes so I have an opperation in a month or so to remove the 5cm fibroid & they will check for endo again whilst doing that too as yes it can’t always detect 🫶🏼

@@StefanieWilliams I don’t have much research on it but I believe I saw somewhere that castor oil shrinks fibroids! Take a look into it
