Amber and Marc, I am impressed at your what we eat in a week videos. Your kids palate is not only wonderful but a complement to yours and Marc’s parenting and approach to a diverse healthy diet. It shows kids can have variable and sophisticated tastes. It also shows with a large family how you all feed your children well with limited waste and still have them satisfied. Please continue these videos.

Naomi is getting to be quite the chef. The Spanish Rice she makes looks so good. She can really make some delicious looking desserts. She could come and cook for me any day. 🤗The Bell Pepper Soup is really good. My sister makes it and I can't get enough of it. 🤪I love when little toddlers say no when they mean yes. Amber, I'm thinking you might benefit from a bigger stock pot. We used to cook with a lot of beef, but not anymore, it is ridiculously priced. I have a chicken and rice recipe all of you might enjoy. It is so simple and tasty. Love your videos and thank you for sharing! 💞

The reason kosher salt is called kosher is due to the size of the grains. Kosher salt grains are slightly larger than regular table salt. When using kosher salt you can be a little more generous due to the grains being a little larger.

My dad hated vegetables and didn't eat much fruit and he became worse after Mum died. I was getting all his meal and I don't like restricting anyone's meals nevermind my Dad's. I bought frozen diced carrots, corn and peas and put them through my dehydrator and once dry I'd turn it into a powder that I could put into red sauce or marinade etc and he couldn't taste the difference. There comes a time when the child and adult switch places with each other.
