Sugita can relate to Gintoki a lot. Just like Gintoki, Sugita has had times of money trouble, but he always has someone there to help him. To be specific, that one time the old lady (forgot her name) found Gintoki at the graveyard, she influenced Gintoki a lot. Just like Gntoki, Sugita got influenced by Yukana a lot. They both grew up with the thought of helping others.

idol industry is borderline slavery... so yes, seiyuu industry is much better
I guess it is true, because the rivalry is based on fair opportunity and people don't actually "expect" something to seiyuu except their talent, and they don't need to be perfect just the way they are. And etc
