I think you should check out some front splitters, those make the g80 look incredibly good. Add that to your car and it’ll be perfect imo. Love the car!

The Mperformance parts looking crazy. I saw them on a M3 Touring and it looks so aggressive and cool

Sick intake sound! I would be kinda scared of all the dirt and other stuff collecting in the intake directly in the front that is hopefully not getting through the open air filter 😅
That's what an intake filter is for lmao
@@FlagnarBoobz i know but i doubt it prevents all of the debris getting into the system because it's not the typical paper air filter.
Even though this one is oiled i would be a a little bit concerned. Once you get small particles into the intake it goes right into the engine and causes small scratches at the cylinder surface

I'd be worried about it getting wet too, being where it is it will give you good cold air feed. But for daily use on a road car abit too hardcore, it will get dirty and wet in no time. At least with open filters under a bonnet they have some protection from the elements

Du könntest ja mal JP kontaktieren wegen dem R34. Wäre sicher ein nettes Video mit Euch zusammen und die Dinger kennt er richtig gut. Er kann sicher einige Kontakte bzgl. Motorenbau herstellen usw. herstellen.
Er sollte gleich zu MPS Engineering gehen, immerhin geht Jp da auch immer hin😅
@@AD-1808 er wollte ihn aber fahrbar und Zuverlässig haben, also dann doch besser direkt zu JP. No front aber wenn ich sehe, wie oft bei GRIP zum Beispiel die Kisten von MPS kaputt gehen, würde ich es mir 3 Mal überlegen da mein Auto abzugeben.
@@MrTrashman1504 aber als ob nen Jp Zeit hatte den R34 umzubauen 😂wie gesagt er ist selber Kunde bei MPS und das seit Jahren… er stimmt auch seine Autos ab.
Aber mal ehrlich MPS macht mit die besten und zuverlässigsten Umbauten Deutschlands… und weiß nicht was du bei grip gesehen hast aber außer dass 2 Autos mal bisschen Probleme hatten was vorkommen kann wenn die Autos extrem hochgezüchtet sind. Also bitte mal Ball
Flach halten und die Arbeit von denen anerkennen. Wenn Jp nix von denen halten würde und bei denen ja angeblich alles immer kaputt geht hätte er auch nicht letztens ein Video gemacht wo er ihn besucht hat. Also informier du dich mal besser.
I love the upgrades and the sound but won't the intakes get water and snow in to your engine? Knowing the lovely European weather we live in
there's probably a bypass valve for that somewhere, just don't floor it going over puddles lol
Yeah I also think those filters are way too exposed... water damage is no joke

But would it be for you a possibility to wrap the middle parts of the new carbon grill in white? I mean the part where the two PDC sensors are located in the middle of the grill. Kind of like Prior Design or Evolve, they both showed designs where you get the „traditional BMW kidney look“…

But I do have to ask: Don‘t you‘ll get problems when the air filters get wet? Or isn’t that a problem?

@@schaefchen If I were you I would take a picture from the front of the car and let somebody photoshop it. I assume it would be enough to show how it could come out at the end. But don’t get me wrong, even now the car looks WAY better 🙏

Krass wie offen die Luftfilter jetzt liegen, hoffentlich gibt das bei Regen keine Probleme.
Die Luftfilter Sitzen meiner Meinung nach echt unpassend. Eventuri wäre ne bessere Wahl gewesen.
Hab ich mir auch gedacht. Gerade wenn man immer im Schnee und regen fahrt wie in Österreich. Die werden ja durchgehend nass frieren dann sogar ein und es können sich Risse bilden. Im Worst case könnte ja sogar Wasser durchkommen.
Und die Steinchen die durch den offenen Grill gehen.....wäre gut ein Zusatzgitter hinter dem Grill zu installieren (villeicht ein Zunsport Grill umzugestalten damit es passt ?)
Hab beim E90 ein ähnliches setup, bis jetzt keine probleme :)

The new insert doesn‘t help a single bit. I think you should go with the Evaero or Prior conversion once they‘re available. Makes it look like a vintage BMW again - not like a Chinese dragon car… 🤗
