PAA hit this homage out of the park good one😊 My Grandfather was in the Navy and he was an old spice man. I remember we would always get him this aftershave for Christmas
Agreed, I think this homage is my favorite, and the closest to what I remember my "Papa" wearing! A proud Army private, he never let go of that tradition! :) The other grandpa was in the Navy! He was an Avon man.... sigh. Lol.
Love how you both had a scent memory triggered with this soap. For me, that happens with mid-80’s Brut. It’s amazing how it brings you to another time in an instant.
Wow! Great homage & remembrances of your Paternal grandfathers!! I’m sorry to say i don’t have a particular fragrance in my memory bank of my grandfathers
Hey mom! Well, you know what? We have a few more from PAA based on classic aftershaves, and you should smell some, because you might be surprised what memories pop up!
My grandpa used to wear old spice too 😌. When are we going to see an old spice tribute showdown? Stirling spice, mama bear aged spice, barrister and mann reserve spice, and PAA cold spices! 😃
Oh, you know what, that would be fun! I don’t want to rank them, but what if it were more like the old spice awards? Each one gets a particular award for some aspect of it. Hey, thanks!
@@TheBarbershopDuet u will love it. It doesnt have the menthol but Will of B&M absolutely nails the scent i have both versions and both are amazing though
Right! That’s a great point, they don’t have the association, so they are discovering it brand new! Makes perfect sense to me! It’s amazing juice! So glad you are here, my friend! 😀💜🙌

I’m excited for all the vintage aftershave homages!! 😀
Another thing that might help is get the matching splash but get the unscented star jelly
Hey, that’s exactly what I did! I love that stuff!
Lovely job you two! Thanks.
Hey, thank you, Steve! That means a lot!

Cold spices is a great scent barrister and manns spice is also great and probably the closest to the original shultons old spice
Oh, I want to try that one! I have a particular love of this smell I think, and I’d like to try another one based on it!

Awesome! I’ve got a PAA scent that won’t hit again until the spring that I know you both will love.
Hey, let us know! I have about nine on the piano waiting, so I might have snagged it! 😀💜💈
@@TheBarbershopDuet La Tierra Mojada!
One of the next episodes we are going to shoot is on the trilogy! We are going to mix and match them! 😃😃😃
I think it came back because the current generation doesn't have the "dad/grampa" association, so they are able to appreciate it on its own terms.
