they are yuuta aoi and hinata aoi from the game ensemble stars!! you can tell them apart by the hairstyle, their voices, and as you mentioned, the shoes ! yuuta has slightly longer hair, pink(?) shoes and a more mature voice - while hinata has shorter hair, blue shoes and a more bubbly voice !!
