Please Dr shamus answer me i have question If I prepared 0.5 McFarland bacterial suspension which is equal to 10^8 cfu/ml ,, how can i get 10^6 or 10^5 from that suspension that i prepared
I mean how microliter should i take from bacterial suspension that i prepared to get 10^6 or10^5?
