Honey, the rule of thumb for gravy is = 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon grease (or butter) to one cup of milk. Turns out perfect every time. For more gravy just double - 2 T. flour, 2T. grease (butter), 2 cups milk. Been doing it this way for 46 years!!

My little guy loves watching your videos with me, he calls harmony his friend 😍, and well tonight he says “momma they’re eating Wendy’s chili too (we got Wendy’s chili for dinner tonight) and Harmony has the same toy I got”! Just wanna add that along with oil treatments and vitamins, upping your protein intake and even taking collagen really helps your hair! My nails even get stronger when I eat enough protein.

I had very very long hair up until I was 30 it was so heavy and I got tired of the headaches so I had it all cut off it was so thick that the woman at the salon had to put it into 3 braids and even then she had a hard time cutting the braids off. The braids were 1ft and 10 inches. Now I have a Mo Hawk and I feel much better.

I laughed at the mask thing. When we first started to have to wear them , I'd have my sunglasses on and pulled my mask up and then the hubby and I would jump out of the truck and yes it felt like in a movie when people go in to rob a bank😂

I've been trying for years to learn. My sister-in-law tried to show me last month and although I am getting a bit better, its still bad. Just years ago, I had no clue how to braid either and am good now. There is still hope for us yet🙂

Coconut Oil? Damn hun that's something i've never thought to try! My hair is your length and keeping it hydrated between washes is a big pain in the butt! I'm totally about to head to the supermarket and grab a jug of coconut oil and give this a try! Thanks for the hair tips!!
Yes it's so hard to keep long hair from being dry and that's because it takes are natural oils so long to go from our scalp to the ends of our hair. i wash mine every 5-6 days and comb it every day to try and help the oils fully coat my length. Hope u try it and like it!! THANKS FOR WATCHING ❤

I wear my hair in a low bun,pony or braid but I need to start only using scrunchies!My hair is waist length too and the longer it gets the harder it is to keep the ends hydrated! It was good to see Brittany! I followed her journey on TLC too and had wondered how she was and if her and her husband were doing well and had kids yet! Harmony has such an independent mind and knows what she wants and likes!❤️🎄
what also helps with preventing split ends is a silk pillow sleeping on one is way better than a cloth one

I use the tree hut Rose one too . Love the way it smells . I just bought the Dove one & it’s not as scratchy . It has a smaller finer like sand in it .

Sugar scrub before tanning. Never shower until 24 hours later. I am 49 and have done it since my early 20's.

I have been obsessed with tree hut sugar scrub for so long!! It used to be a lot cheaper but it has gotten popular! Lol Moroccan rose and mango are my two favorites!!!
I've been taking your advice when it comes to hair growth and it really does work every thing you recommend i do lol, From the wide tooth combs to the rice water or coconut oil every thing works and it has definitely made a difference i even switched from elastic bands to scrunchy's some times i have to use two to hold my ponytails the way i like them but like i said two does the trick!! Love ya gypsy, thank you for all your good advice!!!!
