What about building lichbane second or third and getting your stacks up. E will always melt but your q will chunk super hard too. Idk what you'd give up. Rabbies? Maybe you could get away with just shadow flame for magic pen

Infinite burns maybe, i tried but was top against k'sante so i got beat hard 😂😂😂😂 but you can do it i believe
