Have to share my experience. I never knew anything about Libra being associated with Chirta until today. In the past in deep meditation I felt Nikola Tesla. I painted him actually. Weeks after that meditation I was attracted to this job. This job was actually right across the street from a building Telsa built in NY. I left that job Thursday because it was a lesson i had to learn. Today i decided to meditate. It was a very very powerful one. I asked for my guides to come in etc. I asked for Tesla. All i heard was Chitra. I thought it was a name from my spirit guide, not knowing it was my placement. I did not know Tesla was that either. I love ur explanation. I asked the universe to help me heal this void in my heart. I totally get it now.

To answer this question I need to have a look at your chart with our ephemeris settings to calculate the precession of equinoxes. Which can be forwarded trough email. I think I spoke a bit on pada 4 scorpio navamsa but again I would need to have a look if this position was there at the moment of birtg
