@@BearlyUnboxed that’s the problem haha. I’m kind of glad RH is more low key nowadays. Back in the Rainbow Vision days they’d release a set every few weeks. It was insane!
@@madlybs I started collecting RH when SH came out, I was so intrigued by the black and white greyscale color schemes. Then I started getting RH and I was shocked at how many there were. I have collected almost every single one and there are only a few that are hard to get that I have yet to track down for a good price. I do miss the detail of the older dolls though.
@@BearlyUnboxed same. What for me into RH is the level of craftsmanship. The details, the references, the intention. The show - I loved too. I used to watch it on repeat. I started collecting around the time of the slumber party dolls and my first one was Marissa. It was an end game for me since then.
For a while I refused collecting the color and create dolls but I’m getting them now slowly. I still don’t know if they’re fun for me cause I don’t color them and they don’t come with stands but it’s okay I guess. I won’t be collecting the minis for sure. Not into those.
@@madlybs I love the Color and Create dolls because I love dying them with Rit dye and making my own characters. I order stands online for them. Marisa is a beautiful doll! I just got her recently and a new episode of Bearly Unboxed is coming out today where I unbox her.
I don't buy the stuff from the magic mixie universe, even though they're cute, i feel they're overpriced for what they are, especially in Australia so i enjoy your videos so i can live vicariously through you 😂. I do love the mini pixlings which are still expensive imo, but i pick them up occasionally if i see them on sale. Staying away from the big pixling doll because of the horrifying mirror, and she's priced at $120 here! (That is about the price of 3 MH dolls!) I would love a set of little space alien themed mixies pixlings ala novi stars!
That's a real bummer that they are so expensive. The big Pixling here is $70, which is way too much for me to even think about buying. The mirror would end up in storage because I just want the doll 😅 I would absolutely love alien themed Pixlings, I really wish MGA would bring back Novi Stars. Would be so cool! 👽
