I love this video. I live in Pennsylvania, US and I love the snow so I would be happy in an area of Italy where I could still have snow in the winter. It is April 18 as I write this and it is currently 35 degrees (1 Celsius) and lightly snowing.
Hi Suzanne. In our town we only had snow a couple of times. We are at 405m above sea level.
Maybe you would like it more up North or around this area but in a higher town.
We are in the Basso Molise, but Molise Centrale and the Alto Molise get more frequent snowfalls and are closer to the ski areas 😉

Hi Ana. The weather will be quite different here in Molise to where you're going in Tuscany.
In any case, the images of this video are from Jan and Feb in the lower Molise, I don't know what it would have been like up there since it's over 4 hours away up north and inland

what are the mountain roads like in such weather?
It depends on how high you're talking about. We are not too high and the roads around as are good, plus we have a 4WD.
In saying that, most people have small cars that are not 4WD and they seem to cope well
