- The video will take you through 3 awesome multifeeding exercises for single players. These three exercises will take you through several elements of the game.

The number of shuttles you use we recommend to be about 10 - 25 shuttles per exercise. The fewer shuttle you use, the higher the pace must be. The more shuttles, the more repetitions you will get.

Adaptions: play the net shot in a flatter way since your opponent will be likely closer and more ready to kill.
Also move less to the back after playing to maximize pressure on the opponent front court player.
