There some subtle tweaks but most noticeable is the reduced number of fouls. The refs in PES 5 could be a bit too whistle happy. This was addressed for WE9LE.

Small things like the ball physics and the ref doesn’t call as many fouls. The game flows better as there is not so many free kicks.
Yes shooting and free kick more acurrate and referee do not stop the match everytime like pes5

How to install the ISO?
No .exe, nothing I can understand.
You don’t install the ISO. The ISO runs on a PS2 emulator like PCSX2 if you are using a PC.
What is different for liveware edition and other?
Liveware Edition has less fouls and improved ball physics. Plus a few subtle differences.
How did you get the official licensed Tottenham Hotspur on this game?

Yea. That is the option file. It is a memory card that the emulator will read. The Option File is on that memory card.
