The years are going by fast. Good to enjoy these moments when you can. Won't be long and they will be gone forever. Enjoy everyday like it's your last.
Jed I just saw your post about your grandmother, I just wanna say I'm very sorry for your loss and my condolences go out to you and your family. I understand if you take a break from filming for a bit but even with "low" view counts I don't think you realise how much all of us that watch your videos enjoy them and how much we take away and use on our own projects. I can honestly say I've used some of your and your dad's tips and tricks working on my car so I just wanna say thankyou, and we love ya man! Keep on keepin on 🤘
Thanks for capturing this Jed! Max Wedges are rare birds and rare builds in the Mopar Community! Love see these early 60's monsters on the track! Many people do not know the first factory NA car to break 11's was a 413 Max Wedge!
My name is jesse and I've got a 1962 belvedere wagon that I'm looking to build into a max wedge clone with a 4 speed. this was incredibly cool to see awesome video!!!
Hi guys, I'm a new subscriber, I just found you a few days ago. I'm a 73 yr o!d combat veteran , 101st Airborne infantry, two tour draftee, 1967. I love your channel, been a moose man all my life.. My best mopar was a 1969 GTX , dual quad 426 Hemi. I bought it used. Refreshed it and ran the hell out of it. I really enjoy your videos, makes me wish I could still drive. Keep making them, I'll keep watching!!!!
Thank for subscribing my friend, I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the content, especially someone who was in the 101st Airborne, and I am sure you hear a lot of folks say it, but I truly do mean it, and I appreciate your service to this country.
Performance perfection and I am just in time 15 minutes off the press! Happy Monday to you all, God bless and enjoy your evening like I'm going to enjoy your video of this awesome machine!
I remember seeing the orange car and asking my dad about it(in the barn, circa 2011). It’s amazing how far its came. Thanks for sharing this brother! Glad you’re making content again. Prayers for the family!
Jed, I was down there with my son and daughter and we saw you filming these cars but didn’t know it was the Heberling boys. Very cool father and son cars👍
Neat cars! We thought they were fast back in the day! No match for my 2019 Hellcat Redeye wide body. 10.45 in the 1/4 at 130 mph. I was # 6 in the Bradenton Hemi Shootout last month. Neat video.
That's gotta be the blast from the past right there🤘 them are some nice looking cars, hoping maybe Jezebel might see the track this year, great vid jed👍
That was a awesome video, i really enjoyed watching the old school cars and ran pretty good times considering it hasn't ran in 30 yrs and with a little tweaking it would be faster than that easily
Love the early B body mopars. I’m almost done building a 65 coronet hardtop... qa1 k frame , fiberglass hood , fenders, bumpers& deck lid. Shoving a 505 stroker 440 , with a Trickflow top end
Awesome thanks Jed cool car's, I missed going to the drags our last one was few weeks ago but somehow they always put it on when it's raining lol so maybe next season will get there 🤔
@@ScottsSpeedShop O ok 😎👍. one of my buddies that went told me that chris was there . maybe someone that looked kinda like him ? anyway he's full of it
@@ScottsSpeedShop Yes it is !!!! It has all original Paint and is 100% Rust Free !!! It was sold new in Long Beach California and spent it's whole life there except a few years !!!!! It's now in the Columbus Ohio area !!!!
Uhh in 1965? I really don't know, stuff for Chrysler was so strange before they standardized everything. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if the dealer put them on. My 64 Polara 500 is a 383 HP 4 speed car, and it has all of the 426 street wedge stuff, chrome air cleaner valve covers, and exhaust manifolds. Atleast that's what people are yelling me is 426 wedge stuff
Change my name from Michael DeWade McIntear to Captain Dew the name that they suppose to call me since I create the name in my old church class from summer 2009 and I need to re-edit my first video and extend it for a longer video on my channel also unmute the songs in my background on my video.
wicked max wedge, from a time when Chrysler scared the shit outta everyone

I love those early B-bodies. All business and bad ass!
That was a awesome video, i really enjoyed watching the old school cars and ran pretty good times considering it hasn't ran in 30 yrs and with a little tweaking it would be faster than that easily
The Ken Permenter car needs a little more tuning and probably needs more driving, the engine is still basically freshly rebuilt
Thanks Jed ...really liked those cars and your video on them ...........BITCHIN
Old Savoy is awesome!

Awesome !!
Wish they had really turned them loose!!! I saw Kens car back in the 60s at Gainesville.
Ron has some tuning to do, the main goal is to preserve Ken's car and not tear it up
Very beautiful cars
Hey bro that's a bad ass car very sweet engine
My dad had a blue 63 plymouth just like this one.He sold it in 1968 in Fayetteville,NC. It was called The Fugitive. Contact me for pictures of it

@mikewallace6957 oh heck yeah, glad to hear all of that, enjoy the car my friend
was told the 383 in my
65 Coronet 500 ,
would have received chrome valve covers when installed in the ragtop model .
is this true ?

how fast did they run at the track?
It's in the video
A 413 never heard of that its fast.
Just never liked the looks of the early 60's Dodge or Plymouths, but ya stick a great motor in any of them they will have some git up n go.

Dodge made some hideous cars back in the day
Personally I blame squirrels
Hey jed they had to have the ugly Models. Cause then the handsome ones can be designed. Like yours every manufacturer had the ugly cars.
Not ugly at all
I actually prefer the early A & B bodies to the stuff like my charger
Dan Dvorak had a couple of these that were very fast in B/S eliminator. Gave our Firebird a run for it almost every time. They were very cool cars.
