After a really stressful day at work, it was so nice to come back home and enjoy a glass of moscato and watch one of our favorite couples 😊 The spicy wontons look delicious but I wonder how it compares to Din Tai Fung. Durango looks massive, Love how the slots are spread out and not too close to each other. Another great video. Thank you.

Hi J&C - Durango is a great new casino. We haven't eaten at their noodle restaurant, but we've eaten at the one on Flamingo and the food was good - they have good "Noodle Theatre" with the noodle stretching and the portions are big. Palm's AYCE buffet is so good - it rivals Wynn and Wicked Spoon in our opinion. We are big fans of Palms (and their sister property in So Cal called Yaamava). Great vlog guys, cheers!!! 😎🍻
We heard the original location is better than the Durango restaurant but we thought it was 10/10 so can’t imagine the quality on Flamingo 🤩 We also love Palms (how could you not with all that free play 😆) AYCE buffet seems to have one of the best offerings for buffets at the moment, lines have been crazy everytime we go so it must be good 🦞 Thank you for the love as always ❤️

We would’ve don’t the oyster bar too but thought it might be an overkill of oysters for the trip after New Year’s Eve 😆 October will be such a good time for Durango! We wished the weather was better so we could sit in the outdoor areas they were seriously good set ups!
I stayed at Encore in September for 5 nights. Took my friends to the Ghost BaR as ITs reopened and went into the Unknown Bar . . . . Interestingly I live near Damien Hirst and my sons went to school with his for a while. He lives outside Ilfracombe.
Sorry, Jason….I agree with Cailey about Hex Breaker! 😂😂😂. Its TERRIBLE! Love the off strip vids, we never make it off strip so it’s nice to see other properties.
You do not need to tip until the end. The receipts for comped drinks will be placed in a cup in front of you. You can tip whatever you’d like at the end and leave it in the cup with the receipts. There’s are certain bars that use the light system which require the patron to spend a certain amount between drinks (10-20 bucks per drink etc.) the bartender will get a light notification when you’ve spent enough, but in our experience, most bars don’t care and as long as your sitting there drinking and gambling, the drinks will be comped at the bar.
May be a silly question, How do you receive free play from multiple places, if you have not booked rooms at those locations on your trip? Sorry if its a straight forward question
Hey Sean, not a silly question at all! Honestly we aren’t 100% sure how it works either. Sometimes we get ‘offers’ in our email that require a hotel stay and sometimes they don’t (varies from casino to casino). For example, we get two nights comp each at Wynn with $100 resort credit and $100 free play but you have to stay to use the benefits. Palms sent us $100/$50 free play and $40/$30 resort credit with no stay required. We’ve seen free play offers without a stay required at resorts world, cosmopolitan, casino royale, circus circus and palms (I’m sure I’m forgetting some) but it’s usually $20/$25 for us so not worth going out of our way.

😆 we both have full time jobs. We take three trips a year usually 7 days.. so 21 days total drinking and gambling out of 365 days a year. I’d say that’s not bad at all although we do go hard on those 21 days 😆

Durango is on the list. Jason needs a buffet buddy? Many years ago, when my wife and I had bigger appetites, we stopped at Boomtown, just outside of Reno, for their all-you-can lobster. I had a couple. My wife was determined to get through 10. She managed 9 and that was all she ate. She loves lobster, but was kind of sick of it for a while. She got over that. It’s a meal we always remember, but she never did that again. Also, she had a great run on the old quarter Wheel of Fortune machines just outside the buffet afterward. Ah, good times. So two new places in two days and two 10 out of 10s? Nice! BTW, love following Nicky and Claire. Hoping you four can sync up your Vegas visits again.

Also, your video makes me really appreciate my "local" (across the state line lol) Winstar World Casino: they let you load your Freeplay and use it without depositing any cash or credits whatsoever!
Food was overpriced and not good. The hotel was surprisingly smoky considering it is a brand-new hotel. The ceiling in the the casino floor was not as high as it should have been. It gave me the old Tropicana vibe. The pizza place from New York sucked. The beef noodle soup at that Chinese restaurant was average and the sushi at the Japanese restaurant adjacent to it was too expensive what you got. I won't be back. I rather spend my money elsewhere as someone who has been visiting Las Vegas 4 to 5 times a year for the last 30+ years.
Sounds like we are worlds apart on our Durango experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it and spent all day there. We’d like to go back in the summer to check out the pool and sit outside at the Sports book. Sounds like you know what you like and don’t like and probably won’t go back. The great thing about Vegas is there’s soooo many casino options that you can (one and done) a place and you won’t be missing out. Thanks for watching and dropping by

It was seriously packed but a really great day/night in the casino (minus the losses 😖) Lobby Bar at Encore really surprised us, the food looked great and we didn’t know it was open until 2am or we would’ve been there more often! We didn’t get any bar snacks but we did tell the guy we were taking away so maybe that’s why 😆 Love your idea though, we’ll have to snack on comp bar snacks in the future!

THAT BEAUTIFUL SPORTS BOOK AND SPORTS BOOK BAR IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. I SPEND 8-10 HOURS A DAY PLAYING BARTOP VIDEO POKER WHILE WATCHING NFL GAMES AND DRINKING SO THIS IS A HUGE PLUS FOR ME. THE DURANGO BAR AREA REMINDS ME OF THE PALMS BAR AREA. SOUTH POINT IS ANOTHER GREAT OFF STRIP PLACE I LOVE TO STAY AND VISIT. YOU TWO REALLY HAVE A BLAST WHILE SHARING THE LAS VEGAS EXPERIENCE WITH EACH OTHER, IT’S GREAT TO SEE YOU GUYS HAVING SUCH FUN AND TEAMWORK WHILE IN THE CASINO. SADLY, MY WIFE DESPISES LAS VEGAS SO I JUST MEET UP WITH FRIENDS WHEN I’M IN VEGAS.
We have to go back to Durango to play bar top games, honestly sitting outside playing games, watching sports and having a wide variety of drinks to choose from is the dream. Throw in the Las Vegas weather and a friendly bartender we could be there all day! Durango really had it all. Thank you for coming back to watch ❤️

We would’ve don’t the oyster bar too but thought it might be an overkill of oysters for the trip after New Year’s Eve 😆 October will be such a good time for Durango! We wished the weather was better so we could sit in the outdoor areas they were seriously good set ups!

I stayed at Encore in September for 5 nights. Took my friends to the Ghost BaR as ITs reopened and went into the Unknown Bar . . . . Interestingly I live near Damien Hirst and my sons went to school with his for a while. He lives outside Ilfracombe.

guys i have never played bartops at the bar, can you tell me how to tip to get comped drinks?
You do not need to tip until the end. The receipts for comped drinks will be placed in a cup in front of you. You can tip whatever you’d like at the end and leave it in the cup with the receipts. There’s are certain bars that use the light system which require the patron to spend a certain amount between drinks (10-20 bucks per drink etc.) the bartender will get a light notification when you’ve spent enough, but in our experience, most bars don’t care and as long as your sitting there drinking and gambling, the drinks will be comped at the bar.

Hey Sean, not a silly question at all! Honestly we aren’t 100% sure how it works either. Sometimes we get ‘offers’ in our email that require a hotel stay and sometimes they don’t (varies from casino to casino). For example, we get two nights comp each at Wynn with $100 resort credit and $100 free play but you have to stay to use the benefits. Palms sent us $100/$50 free play and $40/$30 resort credit with no stay required. We’ve seen free play offers without a stay required at resorts world, cosmopolitan, casino royale, circus circus and palms (I’m sure I’m forgetting some) but it’s usually $20/$25 for us so not worth going out of our way.

This is a fun channel. I’m just curious if either of you have jobs? Usually people who drink and gamble this much, well it doesn’t turn out well. You seem to be the exception. I have never gambled myself. But I like to watch others Namaste.
😆 we both have full time jobs. We take three trips a year usually 7 days.. so 21 days total drinking and gambling out of 365 days a year. I’d say that’s not bad at all although we do go hard on those 21 days 😆

Durango is on the list. Jason needs a buffet buddy? Many years ago, when my wife and I had bigger appetites, we stopped at Boomtown, just outside of Reno, for their all-you-can lobster. I had a couple. My wife was determined to get through 10. She managed 9 and that was all she ate. She loves lobster, but was kind of sick of it for a while. She got over that. It’s a meal we always remember, but she never did that again. Also, she had a great run on the old quarter Wheel of Fortune machines just outside the buffet afterward. Ah, good times. So two new places in two days and two 10 out of 10s? Nice! BTW, love following Nicky and Claire. Hoping you four can sync up your Vegas visits again.

Food was overpriced and not good. The hotel was surprisingly smoky considering it is a brand-new hotel. The ceiling in the the casino floor was not as high as it should have been. It gave me the old Tropicana vibe. The pizza place from New York sucked. The beef noodle soup at that Chinese restaurant was average and the sushi at the Japanese restaurant adjacent to it was too expensive what you got. I won't be back. I rather spend my money elsewhere as someone who has been visiting Las Vegas 4 to 5 times a year for the last 30+ years.
Sounds like we are worlds apart on our Durango experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it and spent all day there. We’d like to go back in the summer to check out the pool and sit outside at the Sports book. Sounds like you know what you like and don’t like and probably won’t go back. The great thing about Vegas is there’s soooo many casino options that you can (one and done) a place and you won’t be missing out. Thanks for watching and dropping by

Too bad the gambling didn’t work out, but if you had a great time that doesn’t matter 💕 The Lobby Bar at Encore is one of our favorites. Do they still have the complimentary bar snacks? We appreciate those as they keep us on our feet with the amount of alcohol we consume 😅
It was seriously packed but a really great day/night in the casino (minus the losses 😖) Lobby Bar at Encore really surprised us, the food looked great and we didn’t know it was open until 2am or we would’ve been there more often! We didn’t get any bar snacks but we did tell the guy we were taking away so maybe that’s why 😆 Love your idea though, we’ll have to snack on comp bar snacks in the future!
