Good spot to farm crossbows / ranged weapons for arena is bottom left corner of first map on ice abyss- I go there in full luck gear- you can also bring a windlass to break ice blocks to kill champion 3 deaths skulls and 4 mummies and get two gold chests. From there if you have time you can then go north kill a few more archers and skulls and exit. You’ll also be near wolf cavern to make extra cash each run as well. Got my epic 1all frost amulet and legendary rings from doing these runs. No one goes to bottom left so it’s a great way to find gear for ranger when solo ranger play is usually a nightmare.
@@Amenthes Yes but they have to have buffs which makes it not as good in every scenario. Like I prolly wouldn't run it over quick shot in duos, or solos.
The 🐐 I main frontline made a barb kit it’s not the most fun though. I just get pelted as I try to go in and some maps are almost unplayable as Barb. Just chasing people and getting shredded by wiz sorcs and rangers. Probably gonna make a wizard kit.
Yeah barb can be very hit or miss, sometimes your unstoppable and sometimes you just get insta killed. A lot of the arena maps are very bad and need work. For some reason they improved a lot of the bad maps from last wipe then removed the good maps
@ it is really hit or miss. I think I’d enjoy throwing out range damage more than trying to deal with it. Great video it’s really cool that purge works with crossbow.
I hate this season of arena. all it is are range spam and demons glee everywhere. I don't care what people say, doing the same damage as a barb from 30x the distance is stupid
I mean they aren’t rlly and melee comps have similar success, stuff like buffball demon lock and barb that do good. Why is it such a big deal that classes designed around ranged dmg do ranged. Melee classes do hella melee damage? You can literally see that all the ranger wpns do less base dmg than melee 2 handers. God forbid ranger isn’t useless at ranged dmg
PLZ nobody cares to know who is top 1 or top 2 , there is no prestige to be in the leaderbords actually because the games is not even balanced about mmr etc . But you are a very good ranger but why do you need to put thoses title rank one etc xd i dont understand . You know the game so you know what i mean

Arenas are really good for new players to learn PvP. But my opinion the real fun is where everything’s on the line

In arenas i think so cause your kit is so juiced. Its just so goof against druid heals and stuff
every time you purge some 1 you deal 15 true phys so yes its mutch better

I mean arena has a ranked system for a reason, don’t see why I wouldn’t put our rank in the title.
