- I get inspired by lots of images and I have a folder I save them in. I saved a picture of a Jelly Cake that someone had shared in an online soap group (Saponification Nation) in 2022. I thought it would be cool to try and make a soap version. Life got busy and I never got around to it, but the idea wouldn't leave me alone. I finally made time to start experimenting and I've gone a little crazy! I LOVE how all these soaps have turned out. I have a series of videos scheduled for the next few week on this technique I am calling Jelly Waves.

What I love about this soap is you love it. You appear to be a perfectionist, and this is the first time I’ve heard you go right to loving the top. I am sure there are other soaps that you loved and I missed the video, but I am trying to say just hearing your enthusiasm for this soap makes my heart happy. I hope this is coming across the right way. All the soaps you have made are works of art and I absolutely love them.

These are sooooo pretty!! I wouldn't want to sell them if I were you! Lol! I hope one day ,I will be able to create such a masterpiece soap, right now I still struggle on how to keep my batter fluid as it always thickens up on me whatever I do.

Do you have videos on how you make the sunflowers?
I don't, but it's just soap dough and a sunflower mold. There are lots of molds on Amazon if you search sunflower. Then I just used soap dough with the mold :)
