To be honest, I'm Taiwanese and born in Taipei My university is in Keelung, and I think canny phase 11 is overrated😅 We're called there "Yu Du" (That means raining city) because there are always raining And because there was a very old city, so I think canny phase 10 or 9 can be more accurate!! (Sorry for my poor English..😅😅
imo Henan and Sichuan are overrated, Sichuan, although having chengdu, one of the best cities in China, is still terribly poor in the rural areas. Henan is poor generally, and doesn’t have a single top university, so it’s very hard for students from Henan to get into a good college.
