Last year I had this friend who was really insecure, and she would ty to make me feel bad about myself to make herself feel better. This is very interesting. I have Saturn retrograde in the 7th house. I've always had horrible friendships My love life is nonexistent compared to my other peers. I had my Saturn opposition for most of 2018. My thought patterns and cycle about friendships were very karmic and bad. So my Saturn opposition was hell and I was depressed until Saturn went retrograde. when Saturn went retrograde, it felt like euphoria. This happiness I have never felt in my life during the summer and beginning of my school year. I felt like I had people actually wanting to be friends with me which what I wanted. But when Saturn went direct, I hit the ground again because I did not learn my lesson yet, However, right as Saturn left its opposition, pluto began to square my venus. I have venus trine pluto in my birth chart. during this time, I realized a lot about myself and lost another friend. So last year I healed a lot and reflected. My pluto square venus is not going on right now, but it will retrograde soon and finally leave in like a year. I had to drop a really good friend because I'm so not healed and ready for a healthy relationship, but I have hope that I will be soon. Hopefully, this is Saturn giving me my test now so he does not beat my ass later in life 😂
The trick with Pluto that I've discovered is that you have to speak up. Use your voice. I've noticed that since Pluto is so deep and complicated, it can feel difficult to express yourself to people without such a strong Pluto aspect. So often times we can have problems communicating. But once you communicate it becomes easier. Drawing boundaries doesn't mean you'll lose people. Boundaries are very very good.

It's so true everything you said and I have a Venus in Cancer square my Libra Pluto. To all that, I should add in my case a tendency to take love to the extremes. One day I'm crazy inlove with you the next day I'm detached. Also I can have unstable moods, and I take things too far sometimes.
This leans towards my experience and I've discovered we're not really obsessed, we're just trying to be "normal" or make up for the fact that deep down we'd rather be alone than deal with a 90% perfect relationship. It's either 100% what we want or its nothing. I don't think there's anything worse than marrying someone and having to see them every single day if it's not 100% True Love. That's my worst nightmare.

Another posibility, the way we built the things that we loved were based off of others that we loved and were fixated by, therefore, its hard to accept a change to those values. Especially if we are trying to escape the death of a past relationship by finding it again with someone else.

Thanks for the video Tan. I have the square, but it's an out of sign square, with a 7° orb. (9H Venus in Leo Square 12H Pluto at 29° Libra; Pluto is my Chart Ruler, if that makes a difference). How does that change things? Does it make it like the square but just a less extreme version? Or does it act more like a sextile or an inconjunct maybe? I've definitely had big self esteem issues, that I'm finally managing to heal, age 36! But afaik, I've not been projecting my self esteem issues onto others, but rather just been hiding my Light under a bushel, so to speak. The last part that you said about the square, did resonate strongly though. People tell me that it's like I can see their Soul, their Light, even if they have a hard time expressing it. They feel seen, understood, valued. I've even had someone tell me, that he feels HUMAN only with me, because I see past all the crap he does to try to push people away, and I see past all the external, physical stuff that maybe other people don't see past. I only just recently, (since learning to love myself), saw how beautiful a quality this is, and I intend to use it consciously now, whereas before it was unconscious. I've been through a lot in this life, but I'm gradually converting all the pain and struggles into a bunch of superpowers that I intend to use to help others going forward. I am truly grateful for all of it.

Its easy cuz you now what the other is processing feelings of unworthiness and his fears but its still difficult cuz we both have the same fears of closeness and we tend to run away of each other bc of the intensity... the positive is that we are a balm to the others wounds... It can be similar to a square BUT won't show up in someone's life until they have dealt with other major aspects in their chart FIRST. Semisquare is a very minor aspect. You will only feel it when you solved the puzzle of the conjunctions, squares, oppositions and even inconjunctions in your chart already. 😊

This is very interesting. I have Saturn retrograde in the 7th house. I've always had horrible friendships My love life is nonexistent compared to my other peers. I had my Saturn opposition for most of 2018. My thought patterns and cycle about friendships were very karmic and bad. So my Saturn opposition was hell and I was depressed until Saturn went retrograde. when Saturn went retrograde, it felt like euphoria. This happiness I have never felt in my life during the summer and beginning of my school year. I felt like I had people actually wanting to be friends with me which what I wanted. But when Saturn went direct, I hit the ground again because I did not learn my lesson yet, However, right as Saturn left its opposition, pluto began to square my venus. I have venus trine pluto in my birth chart. during this time, I realized a lot about myself and lost another friend. So last year I healed a lot and reflected. My pluto square venus is not going on right now, but it will retrograde soon and finally leave in like a year. I had to drop a really good friend because I'm so not healed and ready for a healthy relationship, but I have hope that I will be soon. Hopefully, this is Saturn giving me my test now so he does not beat my ass later in life 😂
The trick with Pluto that I've discovered is that you have to speak up. Use your voice. I've noticed that since Pluto is so deep and complicated, it can feel difficult to express yourself to people without such a strong Pluto aspect. So often times we can have problems communicating. But once you communicate it becomes easier. Drawing boundaries doesn't mean you'll lose people. Boundaries are very very good.

So I have Venus in Pisces trine Pluto Scorpio and I've been going through a transit of Pluto crossing over my AC sextiling my Venus. It's so true everything you said and I have a Venus in Cancer square my Libra Pluto. To all that, I should add in my case a tendency to take love to the extremes. One day I'm crazy inlove with you the next day I'm detached. Also I can have unstable moods, and I take things too far sometimes.
This leans towards my experience and I've discovered we're not really obsessed, we're just trying to be "normal" or make up for the fact that deep down we'd rather be alone than deal with a 90% perfect relationship. It's either 100% what we want or its nothing. I don't think there's anything worse than marrying someone and having to see them every single day if it's not 100% True Love. That's my worst nightmare.

A comment to the Pluto square Venus... somewhere inside of us, there's something telling us that these things that others value about us are less important than what we value about ourselves. But really, every part of us in invaluable. Who are we to be the judge of which part someone deeply connects to and does not? It is beauty to let someone be themseves and let their heart be lit by our flame because we are whole. And we need to accept that all parts of us are beautiful as they are ugly. -- We are otherwise not embracing our full power if we are unable to see the depth and accept the depth and possibility. Another posibility, the way we built the things that we loved were based off of others that we loved and were fixated by, therefore, its hard to accept a change to those values. Especially if we are trying to escape the death of a past relationship by finding it again with someone else.

Thanks for the video Tan. I have the square, but it's an out of sign square, with a 7° orb. (9H Venus in Leo Square 12H Pluto at 29° Libra; Pluto is my Chart Ruler, if that makes a difference). How does that change things? Does it make it like the square but just a less extreme version? Or does it act more like a sextile or an inconjunct maybe? I've definitely had big self esteem issues, that I'm finally managing to heal, age 36! But afaik, I've not been projecting my self esteem issues onto others, but rather just been hiding my Light under a bushel, so to speak. The last part that you said about the square, did resonate strongly though. People tell me that it's like I can see their Soul, their Light, even if they have a hard time expressing it. They feel seen, understood, valued. I've even had someone tell me, that he feels HUMAN only with me, because I see past all the crap he does to try to push people away, and I see past all the external, physical stuff that maybe other people don't see past. I only just recently, (since learning to love myself), saw how beautiful a quality this is, and I intend to use it consciously now, whereas before it was unconscious. I've been through a lot in this life, but I'm gradually converting all the pain and struggles into a bunch of superpowers that I intend to use to help others going forward. I am truly grateful for all of it.

It can be similar to a square BUT won't show up in someone's life until they have dealt with other major aspects in their chart FIRST. Semisquare is a very minor aspect. You will only feel it when you solved the puzzle of the conjunctions, squares, oppositions and even inconjunctions in your chart already. 😊
