Most of the wild life found in this region are shy, timid and stay away from Humans which includes Snow Leopard, Blue sheep, etc. Bears are not found in this part of Nepal, however you never know. It is always better to be on a safe side, hire a local guide and explore uncharted territories. Bear spray is not available since harming wildlife is strictly prohibited!

Isn’t there ever any problems with the wild life particularly the ones that are life-threatening. Is bear spray illegal in Nepal?
