Thank you YB for posting this video today! I was just told that I have a non cancerous brain tumor which I did surgery for yesterday. This video has really brightened my day!
We lived in the 7-11 in Thailand. It was our saving grace. We always got ham and cheese sandwiches that they would grill for us. Wish US 7-11 were just as amazing.
I miss the foods there more now. 😭 love that you guys vlogged and tried some Hawaiian seven eleven foods! I def miss the first three snacks. I love their pork guisantes bento and Japanese seven eleven brand snacks too! Spam Musubi is def one of the afterschool and beach snacks with some coke if not fried noodles at the manapua truck
GIRRRRLLL no way you just ate 10 different meals in one sitting 😭 I eat one pork hash set and Im done. My husband eats one musubi, MAYBE a pork hash with is and we’re full. Your appetite is bigger than the tradesmen soles that build the RAIL
I wish I bumped into you while you were visiting! Thank you for pronouncing our local favorites correctly, I always enjoy your food content but this is a good one for sure! Love spam musubis and spicy ahi!
Char sui pork is often served in Chinese Restuarants as BBQ pork as an appetizer. It is slices of pork usually served with hot Chinese mustard and sesame seeds; dip the pork in the mustard, then the sesame seeds. I love itIII
I was stationed in HI for 3.5y with the Navy. Foodland poke is FIRE!! Had to have it at least once a week. The marinated edamame was excellent as well.
Happy new year guys! Looks like a lot of fun trying all those foods! I have seen those sandwiches before on a Japanese channel where a lady was making them for her kids for breakfast with the fruit and cream. So interesting! Always enjoy your videos 🍱
7-Eleven in HI, Japan, Korea are the best! So many variety of foods to choose from vs the 7-Eleven on the mainland. YB and Hurbert enjoy your stay in HI! TFS your videos with us. Safe takeoff and landing! 😘🫰
You can make it super easy with just spam, rice, and seaweed! Super easy to make. Some people put teriyaki sauce between the spam and rice and some don’t. Just preference ☺️
If you’re still there I’d highly recommend trying the food truck Pit Stop Tacos Burgers & Sliders! Best burger/fries ever and amazing homemade habanero hot sauce 🤤 the owner is super cool too
I feel like everything in the mainland 7-11s is bread based. I don’t think Americans see rice as a convenience food like they should. I’d love to see some of these locally to me (Indiana, USA) but I highly doubt that would happen
@@YBChangOfficial if you are ever in the Seattle area be sure to check out Marination Ma Kai in West Seattle near Alki Beach. They sling Hawaiian Korean fusion. And awesome adult beverages many of which feature POG

I love all Asian 7-Elevens!! hehe thank you 🥰
Convenience stores in Hawaii are the best!! There is one on every corner in Waikiki. Spam Musubi is amazing!!!
yess!!
Aloha YB and Herbert. Happy New Year. Yes 7/11 is great to grab a snack or meal. So many onolicious food items to choose from🤙🌺🤙
yess!!
Wow so definitely the 7-Elevens in Hawaii are wayyyy better than ours! Nice! Happy new year everyone!! 🎉
Very similar to 7-Elevens in Japan. we are missing out.
I wish they had it here in LA!

When I visited Japan 7-11 was our breakfast and lunch spot. And it was delicious. We spent more on our dinners!!
yum!!
Hello YB, I enjoy watching your amazing videos, the food looks so flavourful. 😊 Hope you guys are doing fine. 💜
Happy New Year!!
just curious what do you do with the food that you don't finish especially when you're on a trip.
I gotta get my hands on some musubi…I’ve never tried but it always looks so good! Thanks for sharing!
You can make it super easy with just spam, rice, and seaweed! Super easy to make. Some people put teriyaki sauce between the spam and rice and some don’t. Just preference ☺️
yes you can make it at home!! so good 🥰
YB should try the BBQ Chicken musubi. It's kinda big though! Also try the Ube cookies
I hope you enjoyed your trip here! I hope you guys got to see the fireworks too!
loved it so much! thank you 🥰
The ad is playing right now. As someone born and raised in Hawaii, I got SO EXCITED. I hope you guys like spam!
Also in Hawaii, they tell you manapua is pork….it’s actually cat :)
My personal favorite musubi from 7/11 is the katsu musubi 😊
char siu is chinese roast pork.
FYI, Hawaii is in the US, so you're not trying 7 11 from another country.
true LOL just feels like a different country 😂
If you’re still there I’d highly recommend trying the food truck Pit Stop Tacos Burgers & Sliders! Best burger/fries ever and amazing homemade habanero hot sauce 🤤 the owner is super cool too
ahh next time!! 🥰
love this vid!
You're really one of the very few food reviews where you actually EAT the food.
I love the foods hehe
hope you were able to check out the farmers markets here in Hawaii. they have some of the tastiest foods.
yess! and I ate poke everyday haha
i tried a kim chee fried rice spam musubi last night from 7-11, was pretty good.
Convenience store food in the southern US is exactly as you would expect. Very rice free and hot dogs that have been spinning on a warmer since Y2K. 😮
yep same in LA 😂I'd love more variety!
I feel like everything in the mainland 7-11s is bread based. I don’t think Americans see rice as a convenience food like they should. I’d love to see some of these locally to me (Indiana, USA) but I highly doubt that would happen
yeah it would be nice if they expanded more options, even if its non-Asian foods!
The longanisa musubi is my favorite at 7-11. It’s sweet and garlicky.
I"ve been eating tapioca pudding all my life and it's usually a mild simple flavor .
the taro flavor was not it :(
7-Eleven Hawaii is actually owned by 7-Eleven Japan! They’re not a part of 7-Eleven US. That’s why our food options are soooo much better!
ahh thats why its so good!!
Wow wow wow YB the Goddess
Char sui is BBQ pork in the PH it aka Asado Siopao
I had no idea Hawaii had 7-Eleven's like this too! How cool! Please tell me you are doing a poke video while you are in Hawaii? 👀
oh yess next week 🥰
Yesssss. I look forward to it.@@YBChangOfficial
Looking forward to SPAM! 🌞🌊🎉
craving some now! haha
❤❤❤
How do you not know what char siu pork is in 2023?! You work with food!
I think i've had it only once before! but I'll have it more often now hehe so good
. the jalapeno and spicy shrimp pork hash ones are tasty(ono)...lol!
omg I need to try that haha
the fruit sandwiches just started a few months ago..
omg 7/11 Hawaii is so good! No where near as good as Japan, But easily second best!
I NEED to try the Japan one!
Herbert is looking well! Sorry YB 🤭but of course you're looking as beautiful as ever too.
hehe thats okay ;)
Is this the first time yb and herbert did a food video in a car? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think its New location unlocked😅
we did it a couple times before but not often! 😂 so easy to film!
Whoops ..... Me over here calling it spam and salmon Mitsubishi....😬😳😂😂😂😅🤷🤦
more coming next week 🥰
Yay ❤️💜❤️ thank you YB
Common make them calories / air miles count, ditch the 7 eleven run, there tons of good local food there.
oh we did!! hehe we did a Hawaiian food video, coming next week :)
not your man’s grabbing for the food before you’re even done reading the label 😭 TELL HIM TO SHARE 😠
interesting what's considered snacks 😅
right!! haha
i want to get a seaweed wrap until i look like an overstuffed musubi
LOL yess
POKE- pronounced pokay not pokey
thank you!! I need to pronounce better! haha
