Dieu Huynh I heard that Shi Fu once mentioned in one of her speeches that she never had a glass of water on the table for her because she never needed to have a sip of water even the speech lasted for 5 hours. She said she trained herself to have this kind of endurance. I know it’s tough to see her go through this kind of hardship. It hurts to see Shi Fu suffered so much and she still gave such a great speech to all of us and let us benefit from her saying. If I find which speech she said that, I will tell you here so you can watch that video and you will appreciate her even more.
@thomas wong You’re very welcome! I forgot about it totally until I saw your message today. I remember I answered Dieu Huynh’s question because I really appreciate Shi Fu’s compassion, dedication and devotion to Buddhism and to the people who listen to her speeches like us. You asked me who the emcee was. Read the Chinese subtitles at 0:49 and 1:08, she introduced herself as 陳海恆. I searched her name and I found that she is an actress in Hong Kong. Her English name is Dolphin Chan. I hope it can help you. Take care!

How come there was no glass of water for Shi Fu.
