i think the chord progression is a lot like Old Age, one of my favorite chord progressions. E and C (or any relative notes in other keys) sound so good together!
I didn’t realise that until now, I love old age too and it’s my favourite pretty close to it at least! I think maybe the c (or whatever it is in old age) is a power chord so I never noticed!
