Hi Steve, 3 lovely drinks, all achievable! I fully agree with your remark about the Pastis. My 2020 bought bottle 700ml still with me used tonight for first time in ages in a Wicked Word.
I have only previously used it as an Absynth substitute, then to lengthen my Absynth bottle I doubled what was left with Pastis.
