Bhai, as you said, there is no need to use fibre sheet on the bat face untill its fully open. But if I'm playing early morning games with dew around or in some time, we continue playing in wet weather. Well, for not using fibre tape on bat face make is more vulnerable to water damage?

Only on edges initially…after fully knocked…play 2-3 matches and than apply on bottom also

many bats in lower range also ( 5k to 10k) comes with taping already done ... knocking to be done with that only or we should try to remove taping
