Hi Alan, I’m going through something similar but mine was diagnosed as alopecia. I had a random bald spot on the side of my head & I freak out everytime I shower and hair falls off. But I got PRF treatment on that bald spot and the hair grew back within the month! I’ve been considering doing it on my hair line as well to be preventative :) (Btw I would’ve never noticed you’ve been losing hair until you mentioned it & don’t wear hats they cause more hair loss :(!!)

Rosemary helps a lot but it does require consistency & patience. I cut like half of a branch (or u can purchase it). Boil it until it turn until a brown color. Place in a spray bottle the rest store in a container & place in the fridge. Drench ur hair specially roots & massage it in. U could sleep with it over night or leave it on for 20-30 min. Rinse it off with cold water. Recommend first spray it on ur arm just in case it could cause allergic reaction.

Last year I got Covid & my hair got soooo thin it would fall out and people would point it out that my hair thinned 😔 so I came across Rizos curls & it’s worked and is still working so good! I’m 3 years post weight lose surgery and I went through hair loss it was the worst thing. I even would just wash my hair once a week because washing it made me sad seeing it fall out was horrible. There’s no way of preventing it not even vitamins helped. But I just came to the conclusion that we’ll there’s nothing I can do. I tried for it not to bug me.

One year post up last month august! I have been using rosemary water. You boil it with some mint leafs & massage into your scalp leave in for a couple hours and wash. I do this twice a week & my hair has gotten thicker and longer! I lost CLUMPS of hair during my year post up. It gets better ❤
Hey Alan! I also have a gastric sleeve and have experienced hair loss. I started using rosemary oil (let it sit on your scalp 1-3 hrs before showering) and a product from the brand Cult and King called tonik. I use the tonik after i wash my hair and make sure to massage it in. My hair loss has slowed down A LOT. It hasn’t completely stopped but it is a normal amount similar to pre-surgery, and no longer falls out by fistfuls. Hope it helps ❤

Minoxidil- I suggest the mexico one, maybe your grandma can bring you some. You can use this everyday. The Mielle oil- I do this every other day, sometimes every day. Tio nacho shampoo/conditioner & their engrosador spray for after the shower. And you probably already do this but keeping up w vitamins. Hope you see this & try it!!🫶🏽
Use rosemary oil or boil rosemary let it cool down and wash your hair with that water it really makes your hair grow! My grandma was going bald and now she literally has more hair then I do because she’s been using that for month now so i jumped on the rosemary oil too

One year post up last month august! I have been using rosemary water. You boil it with some mint leafs & massage into your scalp leave in for a couple hours and wash. I do this twice a week & my hair has gotten thicker and longer! I lost CLUMPS of hair during my year post up. It gets better ❤
Hey Alan! I also have a gastric sleeve and have experienced hair loss. I started using rosemary oil (let it sit on your scalp 1-3 hrs before showering) and a product from the brand Cult and King called tonik. I use the tonik after i wash my hair and make sure to massage it in. My hair loss has slowed down A LOT. It hasn’t completely stopped but it is a normal amount similar to pre-surgery, and no longer falls out by fistfuls. Hope it helps ❤

Minoxidil- I suggest the mexico one, maybe your grandma can bring you some. You can use this everyday.
The Mielle oil- I do this every other day, sometimes every day.
Tio nacho shampoo/conditioner & their engrosador spray for after the shower.
And you probably already do this but keeping up w vitamins. Hope you see this & try it!!🫶🏽
Use rosemary oil or boil rosemary let it cool down and wash your hair with that water it really makes your hair grow! My grandma was going bald and now she literally has more hair then I do because she’s been using that for month now so i jumped on the rosemary oil too
