Hi, again Playbill. It's been 4 weeks since I first commented and I'm still here waiting for someone to respond. Since November 11th, I've repeatedly asked you on all forms of social media (commented on here, messaged on UA-cam, Tweeted, tagged on Tumblr, messaged on Tumblr, & emailed) and still no one has responded to my easy request of turning on Community Captions. Auto captions are NEVER a reasonable substitute for FULL captions. By not doing captions yourself (or not turning on Community Captions) and just allowing UA-cam to auto caption the video you are leaving out an extensive community who would enjoy the video too. I won't leave it alone, until there are captions on this video.

He replaced Gideon Glick as Ernst in the original run, didn't he? Or at least understudied him? I'm pretty sure he was playing Ernst when I saw it like 10 years ago. I think he's played half the roles in that show.

The auto captions on the video are NEVER a reasonable substitute for FULL captions. Without captions your video is not accessible and is missing views from a large community (including half of Andy's DWSA cast mates) who would like to enjoy the video too. Please can someone just turn it on, I won't leave it alone. I will continue to find ways for you to see my message.
