I am a Bangladeshi whose parents hailed from Barisal and Faridpur. I grew up having fresh roselle leaves cooked with fish. My Garo friends of Bangladesh calls roselle as Menda. I live in Canada and do not get fresh roselle often. Thank you for this recipe. It pretty much saved my life.
