Chuck Norris is one of my favorite all-time action stars. The Octagon ,Invasion USA, Delta Force 1 and 2. I can sit down and watch a marathon all weekend.
And at 83 years old he still got it. He still has that speed, power, focus and control. He's kept himself in terrific shape. All of these years especially with the Total Gym. I'm also glad he works out with his young son Dakota. He's also has come along way. His father has taught him well.
Fun fact : Chuck doesn’t even know this guy. He was walking on the beach when Chuck came up and said ‘you’re putting on the hand pads for my session’. The kid was smart not to ask questions.
