Yeah it's jams, but there's a mix of structure and musicianship that is off the charts, so it's sort of the Dead meets grooves .. whatever, it's just quality music from various places all over America and that's that ..
Have been checking goose out on UA-cam for 3 years now. It’s about time to take a trip and take it in live. Their progress since the drive in shows is incredible. Probably will be my go to as Phish fizzles out to destination shows. The shows go on!
Just to put things in perspective (for you guys @Goose)...there are people out there (me) who love your music, but have no idea what your names are....you're just freakin' Goose to me. One band...one name...one sound, right? I can see how you guys miss these smaller shows, eh? Get to actually enjoy the faces and watch people freak out :). Enjoy, gentlemen. Great stuff.

I missed it(and the NC shows) due to last minute responsibilities and it broke my heart. :’( My whole fall run got ruined and it’s been years since I’ve been to a decent live show. Glad it was a banger though… Spafford, BoomBox, & Goose are currently my trifecta.
@Robby Caseria Just like the Orange Peel here in Asheville, NC. We have an arena and a theater but bigger bands book the Orange Peel than one would think. Goose has most certainly outgrown it around these parts but I know what you mean.

They need to learn to be uncomfortable in the jams on these massive stages when nothing is really happening. Listen to those big 95 Tweezers. That shit is uncomfortable and WEIRD. It is not easy listening music. The magic comes from the discomfort. It's okay for it to sound like trash for a little bit. Take the risk. Don't be scared. When it's all copacetic all the time, it's not interesting.
Saw them at the Mission Ballroom last night, sadly, it was a disappointing show! Some songs were tight as hell and some where all over the place! In my opinion, last nights show didn’t measure up to the sculpture park shows earlier in the year!
Weird, I thought they killed it both nights at the Mission. I mean they killed it at Sculpture too, but I thought they really stepped it up a notch this weekend.
