Great statue art! I still think JND did a better job with portrait sculpt and base. Pose is also more iconic on jnd I think. Prime 1 also I think was better with the base and pose. Overall good statue still
Headsculpt of JND looks good, that's true. But if we're talking about accuracy, Queen Studios wins by far! The textures used on both Prime 1 and JND are not accurate at all. The poses of all 3 statues are great, the base of JND is just a black plate, but the base of Prime 1 is awesome. Still, if you're looking for accuracy of the Batman figure, Queen Studios all the way IMO.

I have seen detailed photo and video of this and JND and would say the queen lacks some detail and the portrait is not exactly accurate for queen either but that’s my opinion

I almost went with this one but ended up settling on the P1 Special Art version (the P1 movie version is way more expensive here for some reason), I just couldn't get over that base. Queen made a mistake not listening to feedback imo, I know there was a lot of negative posts about it when it was first announced. This is a beautiful statue though, pretty much perfect.
i have that special art version on pre order as well. yes, they could have changed the base but i think having to go through the licensor again might not be worth it.

I reserved the P1/Blitzway. Something is off with the Rooted Hair Portrait and that car is a total eye-sore for sure. I also don't dig the wrinkly cape that doesn't mold the body and just drape.
congrats on that. the rooted hair looks good, at least in person. i thought it looks pretty good in the video as well. i agree that the base isn't good and the cape is just meh.
I think this came out better than the images from the proto but it definitely still has it's issues. However, looks like the paint app is well done on the suit and cape; the engine of the base looks good too. Still don't love the unmasked portrait; maybe it's the hair? Also appears his face is a bit wide. Anyway, I decided to go with the JND piece. Hoping we get more updates on that piece soon.
yeah i just wish they changed the base. everything else i am ok with. i really like the face. if they make the cheek smaller, it might look odd compare to the body. i have JND on PO as well so i'll compare them for sure.

Really good head sculpt Art almost looks like silicone, as for the price it's a little high for a polystone statue if it was a little around 500 ES then it would be justifiable.
I remember when I first saw this, the base wtf, but people were defending it 🤦 sure enough we were right about it. Overall it’s a disappointment , the cape as you mentioned, I can’t even explain. The question , are you keeping it ?
The main statue companies that produce these high end statues, should hire Art to review every prototype prior to each release. To change or fix before the final production goes out to the consumer.
I am a subscriber. I have been for several weeks. Your content and videos are high quality with great editing. Your collection is jaw dropping. As a whole I have to say this statue looks fantastic. The head sculpt, detail and finish. A long list of things I really like. However as you said. The base? What were they thinking? Yes it’s a cool idea but it just doesn’t work. As you look at the statue from the top down. I am thinking….. yes, realistic, detailed, nice colors, etc… Then you get to the base and it turns into a caricature. It’s like two different ideas thrown together. I don’t hate the car. But, together it just doesn’t work. They could have done just about anything else and it would have been good. The cape material looks and sounds like it’s made of the old style wind breakers. A weird material to use considering how good the sculpt is so good. As I said, I do watch your content a lot. Your selections of what you buy are on point. You always seem to choose the best sculpts to have. I love seeing it from you receiving it to the point it’s ready to display. You are extremely picky about your expectations and standards. I don’t disagree. However, is it just me or by the end of the video it always just seems everything you buy is just over priced for what you get? I may be wrong but I always walk a way thinking yeah, it’s nice to look at but the “take away” is, don’t waste my money. It’s overpriced and kind of sloppy. I accept that your intent is to give us a real honest review. I really appreciate that. It’s why I like your channel. I know you will tell the truth and your reviews cover everything about the statues. Which, is super informative and valuable. But, I always feel by the end of it you feel more like an unsatisfied customer.

QS has a pretty good reputation of sculpting human faces. as far as when i said it's not worth the money goes, i have to look at the statue in whole including the materials they use for it. a lot of them are over price for me in general. it's not because they aren't worthy of buying but for a higher price tag (even with the competition) i expected more. when i do these reviews, you might see me nit picking on things but i don't have a problem with them. i just want to point all that out for other collectors to see. there is no perfect statue and people have different opinions. i have my own which nobody has to agree but i'm hoping my videos are clear enough for them to decide for themselves. i'm not trying to come off as an unsatisfied customer. there are more expensive statues that i think are worth it too. i hope you understand me more now and feel free to ask me anything. thank you for your time for writing this!

Sorry QS, I like most of their Stuff, but P1/Blitzway wins this easily. The Body looks good, the umasked Portrait meh, the Cape looks cheap and for me, that's the worst Base I've ever seen. That Base alone destroys the whole Piece.
i do like P1 version but i am not a fan of PVC hair on my statue especially on movie pieces. as for the base, they could have changed it but i don't blame people who cannot stand it.
The base is a big mistake, he should be standing on Wayne Manor, or overlooking the city from a rooftop with the Bat Symbol.....just a thought. As a prototype 5.4/10 It just needs more attention in this area .
when i first pre ordered this, i didn't care about the base but i trust them to deliver the likeness and quality of the sculpt which they did. in the end, i am pretty satisfy with it.

That unmasked portrait looks nothing like him lol. The masked looks great but the base tiny car is super weird.

yes, i'm satisfy with the portrait. they did a great job there. i thought the ES was around 600ish but on the certificate it said 888 so i don't know.

Statue itself looks pretty darn nice. That base though is absolutely horrendous in my opinion and it is why I didn't order this.
