But what about random guys like you who are simply wandering in the roads with a camera, showing ur insta id and taking photographs. In case of malpractices suspicious, how to contact you guys. Is an insta id enough to accept that you guys are genuine?
@@RaajaaRaaj Are you living in old age.. Most of the famous photographers now are freelancers and what they show is online portfolios. Not their registered certificates. Any photo you upload on internet can be downloaded and manipulated. It doesn’t necessarily needed to be mis used by the person captures. Anyone who Investing in such expensive gears is because of the passion and love towards it. I don’t think to misuse an image no one needs to spend so much money on gears. And each people perspective is different, The people who agree to take the pictures are aware of the social media consequences as well and they are not just kids. According to your perspective if you think it’s not safe feel free to say no when someone approaches you.

Even if the photographer who took her photo uses it for commercial or business or someother purposes, that girl can't take any action against him because she already gave her consent while taking the photograph to upload it in social media.
