Go Go Squid S1 is one of the few best chinese romcom that I had watched since I became hooked watching in 2014. The S2 was highly anticipated only to be disappointed by the stupid idea to copy 99% of the script/story and just changed the lead roles that came out flopped. That's a learnt lesson from the creator, director and producers I guess.
Wow, they use experienced actors over and over again. I recognize three of the older parents and the guy who came in late to the dinner party and is the “Sharpshooter” in another tv series.
Voilà bien un rendez-vous à l’aveugle fort cocasse. A chaque fois que je regarde des passages de cette série je me rends compte que je ris beaucoup. Mais c’est ce passage que je préfère entre tous. Rire à en pleurer est une bonne chose. Ce trio d’acteurs je les aime beaucoup. Voilà une excellente manière de se détendre. Merci. ❤

This busy-body father is a total pain in the neck. Why would anyone want to let their daughter marry into that family and then have that father hound them forever?
Okay. I’ve watched a few of these clips. Why does she have a crush on him exactly? The man walks around scowling the entire time, is indifferent to her and rude to everyone else but she has a crush. 🙄
Her mother act like 5 old kid She doesn't like him because of age difference and it was enough for her to judge him. She's not smart and not intelligent, i don't know how she married smart and intelligent men 🤦♀️
The mom was quite annoying, but if we look at her from a mother's perspective, we can see why she behaved like that. She's worried about her daughter and wants the best for her. Typical mom?
