- With this video programs coordinator Tynan Shadle demonstrates our electric mini gin that we have in the museum space at the Texas Cotton Gin Museum. This machine gives visitors a great chance to see the actual process of the gin machinery work on a small scale. It is really a favorite for many visitors of all ages!

Mi Merindy, Thanks so much for your comment. The mini gin is a wonderful machine and we are so happy to have one. Our machine was made by a company in Weatherford, Texas - but unfortunately that company has since gone out of business. We were told that there is also a company in the Bryan/College Station area that might repair these types of gins but I am not absolutely sure if they produce them as well. I am glad to search back through my information and see if I can find a phone number for that company if you like?
