- Welcome to our Beadalong Day 8! Wow, time flies when you're having fun. I think you are going to adore today's cute little beaded seahorse embellishment. This is my favorite motif from this beadalong series and they would make awesome earrings.
This seahorse was designed by me, Juliet Erskine, so please be kind and give design credit when appropriate. Thank you!
Materials:
11/0 round seed beads
Superduos
15/0 round seed beads
Fireline 6lb or thread of choice to match
Beading needle size 11

To make the little smaller seahorse, from the belly I did herringbone as follows:
2, 3, 3, 3 and then my tail loop of 15s plus the one 11 to round it out.

So adorable. I’m house and dog sitting for my son and guess what? You guessed right, I broke another needle😢. I didn’t think to bring any with me so this calls for a shopping trip tomorrow to get size 10 needles. I’ll be back😊

Hi, you can really use any colors you want. I used Miyuki 11-457 and the superduos were Turquoise Picasso. Hope that helps!

I am terrible 😂 I am concentrating so hard on beading that my mouth doesn’t always follow my brain. I make a ton of mistakes like this on Day 10, but I think I catch them all with onscreen text.
@@JulesRose I know how much work has gone into this project so mushy brain is no surprise. You’re good, I was just clarifying for any newbies who wanted to jump right in with this. 💜

What a cute sea horse, but unfortunately a lot of the work was done outside of the camera shot.

Hi, I’m sorry you’re having problems! I’ve had this happen to me. My advice is to cancel your pending request. Then log out of Facebook and log back in and put a new request and answer the questions right away. If that doesn’t work, let me know. We’ll figure it out!

the work is very beautiful, but I didn't like the video, very often she keeps the work off camera and you can't see what she does. Greetings
Yes, I agree more than half the time her hands were off screen. The work however is lovely.
