The recipe hails from the versatile Northern Indian cuisine that has many different and delicious variations. I’m sharing our family recipe of a flavorful and simple home-style mutter paneer that you are going to like.

You will need ½kg paneer (Indian cottage cheese), mustard oil (4-5spoon), fresh or frozen green peas (250 gm matar), a 3 medium-sized red tomato puree , a 3 medium or large onion, and some green chilies, coriander leaves for garnish, water.

cumin seeds(½ tbsp), turmeric powder(½ tbsp) , 4-5 red chilli- 4 , kashmiri red powder (1tbsp), garam masala powder ( ½ tbsp ), Coriander powder (1 tbsp), salt, ginger (1 inch), garlic (15) and , black pepper(8-10), cardamom(1), cloves(5), fenugreek seeds (¼ tbsp), Cinnamon 1 inch, Bay leaf - 2,
