The person I feel bad for in all of this is Alexis. She didn't think this was a good idea from the start. She told them to get legal paperwork drawn up in the beginning. That an almost full term pregnant woman probably shouldn't confront a known murderer/former mob boss. Even if it was an accident, a person who thinks before she acts wouldnt put themselves in that kind of situation. Kristina should have told Sonny and had him deal with Ava.

Initially, I was blaming the baby's death solely on Ava because she lunged at Kristina and grabbed her arm, which led to her tripping over the bag and then falling through the window. But after having a second look, I've started believing that Kristina is to share part of the blame too because she'd been advised not to go to Ava's suite yet she didn't listen to Molly or anyone who told her not to. Ava should never have had Kristina subpoenaed, attacked her, and lied and tried to cover her tracks after Kristina's accident. But neither should Kristina have gone to Ava's suite nor created an affidavit for custody of Molly & TJ's baby behind their backs, no matter how noble her intentions were for her family. Both she and Ava are to blame for the baby's death.

Not crazy about this storyline. TJ and Molly have been hateful to Kristina. As for the whole surrogacy thing, its not unheard of for the mother to change her mind.
