From January to September i did Crossnights from 18h00 to 03h00.I stopped now I don't study at all but I didn't loose any information praying for my self.😢
🤔 sounds like a burnout. Crossnights are not encouraged. Why? Because the amount of energy spent on your books will make you burnout when you receive your results. People who get 90s know what's required of them by their teachers. High school is strategic. It's not just about studying and understanding the work. It's also about how you structure your answers, what you write on your papers. If you're writing only what you think is right, and not what the teachers expect from you, you'll never be able to maximize your marks. To write what the teachers want from you, talk directly to your teachers or any departmental teachers and ask them to check your understanding of the topics in the subject. Take all the topics you're struggling with and schedule times to get help. And if you're gonna do crossnights, it mustn't be a daily habit. It also mustn't be the night before your tests or exams. Cross nights are like sacrifices where you make sure that you're ending it with a full, descriptive understanding of the topic. Do it in advance so that just before exams and tests, you're revising and not studying under pressure or taking crossnights. Coming from experience, when you work too hard and your results don't show it, it's painful, it's absolutely degrading, and it makes you wonder why you put in so much effort in the first place. Thus, the concept of study smarter and harder is implied. I'd say do more research on this topic of studying. It mustn't be degrading, try to make it fun. Make it your work that pays your salary. 😅 this is my 2 cents. I hope it helps.
